For years, this studio has been a place of physical transformation through the
classical Romana Pilates method — precise, structured, intelligent movement.

Over time, I began to see something deeper.

The way we hold our bodies often reflects the way we hold our lives.
Tension, over-control, collapse, striving — these patterns are not only physical. They are emotional and relational.

Conscious Coaching is a natural extension of the work already happening here.

What is Conscious Coaching?

Conscious Coaching is the practice of becoming aware of the internal patterns that shape how you move through your life.

Each of us brings a personal history into every interaction — beliefs formed early, emotional habits, protective responses, unconscious reactions. Most of these operate beneath our awareness.

We believe we are simply “reacting.”
But often, we are repeating.

The Coaching Approach

My training in Conscious Coaching and Peaceful Parenting deeply informs this work, particularly in understanding relational dynamics and emotional regulation.

How Sessions Work

You may choose:

Coaching + Pilates (In Studio)

A private coaching session followed by a private Pilates session.
We explore internally first — then integrate through movement.

Coaching Only

Available in studio or online via Zoom.
Sessions are reflective, practical, and tailored to your individual goals.

About Mimi

My work as a Pilates instructor and studio owner naturally evolved into a deeper exploration of the inner world.

Alongside decades of teaching classical Pilates, I am certified in Conscious Coaching, Peaceful Parenting, and emotional intelligence-based approaches. I am also a mother of two boys, and my own journey through parenting profoundly shaped my understanding of triggers, patterns, and growth.

I have seen firsthand how even the most capable, well-intentioned individuals can feel overwhelmed, reactive, or disconnected — not because they are failing, but because old unconscious patterns are running the show.

This work is about bringing light to those patterns.

It is about creating stronger connection — to yourself and to those around you.
